Aye Write! We Were Always Here

  • Mitchell Library North Street Glasgow, Scotland United Kingdom (map)

In conversation with Harry Josephine Giles, Etzali Hernández and Michael Lee Richardson

By turns serious and fantastical, hilarious and confrontational, queer anthology We Were Always Here is a snapshot of current Scottish LGBTQ+ writing and a showcase of queer talent.

From drag queens and discos, to black holes and monsters, these stories and poems wrestle with love and loneliness and the fight to be seen.

Followed by a screening of the BAFTA award-winning short film My Loneliness is Killing Me.
